Ninja payments: what to look for in the cashier
This page is a map of the payment options you are likely to meet in the Ninja cashier and of how each of them behaves — not only when money goes in, but, more importantly, when it has to come out. We are an independent information site, not the operator, so we cannot promise which methods your account will show, and we do not quote limits or processing times on the operator's behalf. The set of methods and limits depends on the account — check the cashier. What we can do is explain each option clearly enough that you choose the right one before your first deposit. The four families of methods
| Method | How a deposit works | On the way out | Check in the cashier |
|---|---|---|---|
| Visa / Mastercard | Card details plus your bank's confirmation in its app | Payout to a card is not always possible; a bank transfer may be offered instead | Whether card withdrawals exist for your card type |
| Bank transfer | Transfer from your own account with the exact reference | The usual payout route; the account must be in your name | Reference format, IBAN fields, any fees |
| Skrill | Login to the e-wallet and confirm | Back to the same wallet, once the wallet itself is verified | Whether e-wallets are offered in your country |
| Crypto (Bitcoin, Litecoin, USDT) | Send to a deposit address on the stated network | To your own wallet address; verification still applies | Network, exchange rate, memo or tag rules |
For readers in Estonia: local players usually see bank links (pangalink) for Swedbank, SEB or LHV in a cashier, where the payment is confirmed inside your internet bank with Smart-ID, an ID card or Mobile-ID. Payouts then typically come back as a bank transfer to an account in the same name. Our Estonian and Russian versions cover this method in detail.
Deposit and withdrawal are two different journeys
Most people choose a payment method by how easy the deposit is. That is the wrong half to look at. A deposit takes seconds with almost any method; a withdrawal involves review, verification and the payment method's own processing, and it is where methods differ. Before you pay in, look at three things: can this method receive payouts, does the operator return money to the deposit method first (the "closed loop" many cashiers apply), and what proof of ownership might be requested later. Our deposit guide walks through the first payment, and the withdrawal guide explains every status of a payout request.
Currency
For Estonian residents the natural account currency is the euro (EUR). Players in other countries may be offered other currencies; check which currency the account uses before your first deposit, because a mismatch between your bank's currency and the account currency means conversion — and a fee hidden in the exchange rate on both the way in and the way out. Crypto deposits are converted at the rate shown by the cashier at the time of crediting.
Fees, limits and speed
Operators may set minimum and maximum amounts per method, daily or monthly withdrawal ceilings, and fees for certain methods or frequent withdrawals. We deliberately publish no figures for Ninja: they vary by account and change over time, and a wrong number is worse than none. The cashier and the payment terms show the current values. As for speed, a payout's total time is the sum of the operator's review and the method's transfer time; the review part depends a lot on whether your verification is already done.
Verification and documents
Expect an identity check before the first withdrawal and sometimes a proof that a card or wallet is yours. In Estonia this typically means the ID card, Smart-ID or Mobile-ID; elsewhere, uploaded documents. Name mismatches between your casino account and the payment account are a classic reason for a stuck request, so register with your legal name and pay from your own accounts only.
